I am not loving strictly come dancing tonight. I know shock horror! But anyway I digress time for a diet update!
Day 9 - back to cricket!
A hellish day at work made much better by an hours indoor cricket training.
I was well behaved at work, shake in the morning and shake at lunch. Cricket training built up a sweat and then the cricket social... Eeeek!
Now usually I could consume 2-3 pints at a cricket social but last night I only had 2 bottles of coors light. A big change for me and one I'm quite proud of.
Day 10 - the less said the better.
Well within my calorie limit at the moment but that could change depending on how much beer I decide to drink. Feeling a bit down because I am stuck at home and not away at a hotel which is what I thought was happening today. Sad times.
Better update later when I'm feeling happy!
Just worked out how to post a comment lol. Its always upseting when the weight dosnt come off, dont you dear give up, keep it up and imagine how good you will feel at christmas when you will be able to tell everyone you have lost a stone :)If you really feel there isnt a great improvement try a little more exercise jump on the wii and make it fun... very proud of you keep up the hard work... you are a beautiful young lady with a wonderful husband who loves you very much, keep smiling :) x
